TANK MAGAZINE, ARAB ISSUE, ART DIRECTION AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Tank Magazine is a publication that embraces the concept of inclusivity. In addition to its outstanding magazine content, Tank also offers a selection of top-quality books and films.

The Arab issue took inspiration from Alice in Wonderland's whimsical essence found in the Medina. Influenced by hand-tinted portraits of Moroccan sisters, photographs of the models were meticulously cut out and then hand-tinted. Notably, certain garments, such as skirts, were recreated with impressive three-dimensional paper structures.

The iconic image featuring a woman with shoes became an eye-catching book cover for Don't Move by Margaret Mantazzani.

This collaboration marked the first joint effort between Sacha and Stacey Williams after their initial encounter at Central St Martins College of Art.
